MORE THAN JUST INCLUSION PART II: TWO MORE COLLEAGUES INTRODUCE THEMSELVES FOR THE DAY OF PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES 2023

Once again, we want to share the stories of two of our colleagues at ROBUR who are actively participating in working life despite their disabilities. This year, we spent a day with Ronald Donner from our partner company WIR and Harald Knote from our partner company IMO.

Because at ROBUR, inclusion in the workplace is not only considered important, but is also put in place: Inclusion is a fundamental principle that should offer everyone equal opportunities and possibilities.

Inclusion creates a working environment in which every person, regardless of ethnicity/nationality, gender, disability, sexual orientation or otherwise, is treated equally with respect and appreciation. The aim is to enable everyone to participate fully.

Inclusion is crucial in today’s labor market. A diverse and inclusive workforce not only contributes to a positive corporate culture, but also promotes innovation, creativity and competitiveness. Diverse perspectives and experiences also allow us to develop innovative solutions that give us an edge in a dynamic market environment.

Our commitment to inclusion goes beyond mere integration: we ensure that all colleagues feel valued, can develop their full potential, and therefore have equal career opportunities. In this way, we live our “ROBUR 4×4” and create a working environment in which everyone can contribute their strengths to the success of the company.

All of us at ROBUR are proud of our commitment to inclusion. Together with our colleagues Ronald and Harald, we have once again documented our contribution to inclusion in the workplace on film this year. A measure that we have introduced last year and will be repeating every year for World Day of People with Disabilities on December 3rd and want to support it with new stories. By promoting inclusion, we are creating positive change not only for our colleagues, but also for future generations in our midst.
