What I enjoy most is working with our colleagues. At RODIAS, I feel valued and respected. Here, you don't have to choose between family and career. You can just do both!

Many women are afraid to work in a male-dominated company. But I can take away anyone's fear. It's incredibly fun, the work is varied, every day is different. That's what makes my job so special. It's just great to work together here.

My tasks consist of fulfilling order from our clients. I order spare parts or entire robots from the manufacturers. I find it especially exciting to find out how new spare parts work. I love and need variety to be able to work contentedly.

Office work has never been mine. I need a little action. That's why I don't just take care of wiring switchgear. I'm also responsible for incoming and outgoing goods and, in addition, I drive forklifts or control our overhead crane. But what I like best about ESCAD is that no one comes to work grouchy or takes their mood out on their colleagues. And I think that's quite nice.

My work in the apprenticeship is very diverse, you learn something new every day. I would like to go in the direction of welding. Being the only woman on the team hasn't been a challenge for me so far, and I don't think it will be.

I firmly believe that I did not choose my profession, but that it chose me. In my daily tasks, I organize the practical trainings in the field of wind technology. Not only do I expand my knowledge and influence the safety performance of our employees, but also learn with them every day.

Dispatcher is still rather a daunting job for some women, because you often have to hold your own against a horde of men. But I think I have my men under control quite well. In principle, it's quite simple: it's all about fair and collegial interaction. What's also special is that no two days are ever alike.

I chose this job because it is related to my education: Meteorology, Physics and Environmental Science. In my daily routine, I perform simulations to characterize wind-solar resource along the areas and participate in the installation and calibration of equipment to perform measurements, among other things. I am also responsible for data analysis. Each project is different, each one teaches me something new. That's why participating in the whole process of solar and wind resource analysis is so interesting and highly motivating.

I work in the Wind and Solar Resource Assessment Department. My tasks are related to data analysis, among other things. I enjoy my job enormously and I feel that I am contributing to the industry with something important.

In my position I am responsible for coordination of O&M and Consultancy activities. I am also in charge of the technical aspects inside the EREDA Quality Control/Assurance System. I chose this profession because I was aware of the importance of renewable energies for the sustainability.

As a woman, I chose to work in a man's profession because I enjoy it. I love working with metal, really enjoy putting the elements together by hand. The women here are on the same levels as the men!

One of my activities in solar and wind energy projects is to make sure that the construction of wind and PV projects meets specifications and technical requirements. I chose this profession because I know that renewable energy can solve many of the problems associated with climate change.
