As your reliable partner, we offer single-source solutions for indus­trial relo­cation, machine trans­portation, assembly and installation: From planning to re­commissioning at the new location; the complete trans­port logistics in­cluding dis­assembly and re­assembly incl. packaging and docu­mentation. In addition to planning and project management, the storage of machines on 2,500 sqm of our own storage capacity is also possible, for example as tempo­rary storage.

Maintenance, inspection, repair and operational improvement

Cooperation with our customers is based on trust and forms the core prin­ciple of MLB. We offer individual service concepts from a broad spectrum of technical ex­pertise. Our service offer includes customised solutions that are perfectly coordinated to the needs of our customers.

In the field of plant technology mechanics, we carry out the main­tenance and repair as well as the dis­mantling / assembly of pro­duction or indus­trial sys­tems. We also offer steel­work and pipe­line con­struction, sheet metal working and safety regulation testing (UVV tests).

In our workshop, we carry out the complete pro­duction of assem­blies / plant com­ponents including piping and elec­trics, but also of welded assem­blies including machining and painting.

Our extensive machinery includes e.g. a 2x5-axis machining centre (DMU60), a long-bed machining centre, CNC lathes and milling machines and a CNC boring mill as well as conventional lathes and milling machines. A water jet cutting system completes the range.

Development and manufacture of prototypes and special solutions

We're your specialist for engi­neering and for manu­facturing proto­types and proto­type com­ponents in vehicle con­struction. We support our customers with their new develop­ments in auto­motive/electro­mobility, rail, driver testing and indus­trial processes. We design and manu­facture special-purpose vehicles, functional models, mockups, cubing systems and special equipment for manu­facturing and testing processes. We create carbon fiber-reinforced plastic (CFRP) and glass fiber-reinforced plastic (GFRP) laminating tools for our customers, or for pro­ducing of mockups in-house for the tram and rail indus­tries. The pro­duction of small series for vehicle con­struction rounds off our portfolio.
