Generating Energy – Wind Power

ROBUR combines comprehensive skills and services in the field of wind energy, both onshore and offshore. With almost 1,000 specialists spread across Europe and North and South America, ROBUR provides a wide range of services that are crucial for the long-term economic success of onshore and offshore wind turbines. From maintenance and service (O&M), the replacement and repair of major components, rotor blade and tower services to electrical and mechanical assembly, electrical engineering, professional qualification and training as well as the marking of obstacles, we ensure the economic operation of your turbines.

As specialized service provider we support all the activities along the project life cycle: installation, commissioning, maintenance, upgrade, uptower repair and many more. ROBUR is therefore making a significant contribution to shaping the energy transition in Germany and around the world.

Generating Energy – Solar

ROBUR offers its customers targeted support in the PV/solar energy sector in four main areas. In site assessment, the company develops special tools for production calculation and determines the most suitable solution for each project. In the area of owner engineering, ROBUR undertakes basic and detailed planning, carries out preparatory steps for necessary approvals and manages procurement processes. Consulting on construction sites and commissioning also pertain to this area. ROBUR offers maintenance, management and administration services for the operation of the facilities. Another key aspect is the purchase of materials, especially certified and guaranteed photovoltaic panels. In addition, ROBUR’s offer includes services such as due diligence and asset appraisal to ensure a comprehensive service in the field of solar photovoltaics.

Energy Storage – Hydrogen Production/Electrolysis

Hydrogen is a promising energy carrier that can be obtained from renewable sources such as the sun or wind. It can be used to generate heat, electricity or mobility without causing CO 2 emissions. Hydrogen can also be stored and transported in the existing gas grid, which facilitates the transition to a climate-neutral energy supply.

The production, storage and supply of hydrogen requires special systems and pipelines that meet the high safety and quality requirements. ROUR INDUSTRIEMONTAGEN is a company that specializes in the assembly of industrial plants and pipelines. ROBUR takes on the complete handling of projects in the field of plant construction / pipeline construction for hydrogen, from support in planning to production and commissioning. Different materials and dimensions are used, depending on the area of application and customer requirements.

Electromobility – Charging Infrastructure

We provide extensive installation and support services in the field of eMobility. We have been gaining experience in this sector since 2010 and rely on our own project managers and technicians to ensure a customer-oriented, flexible and strong service. We offer everything from a single source, from on-site installation by qualified electricians and project management to hardware installation and commissioning.

The on-site survey includes measuring the available connection capacity and selecting the location for the charging infrastructure. As part of the project management, the charging station is selected and a report with photo documentation is prepared. If necessary, a request is also made to the grid operator for an increase in capacity and a recommendation for energy optimization.

The hardware solutions are specially tailored to the customer’s requirements, whether for public or semi-public MID-compliant applications and from well-known manufacturers.

For the installation, we offer a wide range of construction services, including civil engineering work, parking lot markings, coating of charging stations, electrical work such as laying cables and conception as well as installation of switch and distribution cabinets. The installation of the charging stations, including the installation of sensors and lighting, is also carried out professionally.

The installation is followed by commissioning, configuration and measurement of the charging stations, instruction in their handling and the creation of photo documentation and documentation with an as-built plan. Registration with distribution network operators is also taken care of.

This also includes a extensive service that includes maintenance in accordance with VDE standards, a remote service, on-site service, replacement of charging stations, spare parts logistics and certified repair technicians to ensure continuous and reliable functionality of the charging stations.

Power Distribution – Power Grids and Transformers

We plan all projects in-house, though our engineers always take into account the individual wishes and requirements of our customers. Our range of services covers a broad spectrum: from UPS systems, factory and installation planning to circuit diagrams and selectivity calculations. We specialize in network calculations in the medium-voltage range and in the design of low- and medium-voltage systems. In network technology, we offer solutions for MCC and control systems, as well as the visualization and control of systems. Other areas of expertise include peak shavers, compensation and DC systems, concrete and compact stations, container systems and construction transformer stations. We also offer expertise in areas such as busbars, magnetic shielding, emergency power generators, emergency power systems, e-mobility, energy storage and surge protection concepts. Networking – Campus Networks with 5G and WiFi6

In network engineering, we support customers in implementing strategic technology decisions in state-of-the-art network architectures. This enables companies to introduce new services quickly and flexibly, promote customer growth and remain competitive.

Our engineering services cover a broad spectrum: design, planning, optimization, rollout and maintenance of end-2-end network solutions in areas such as broadband networks (fixed and mobile), radio access networks (RAN), mobile core networks, telco and edge cloud solutions, IP networks & security, IoT in enterprise networks and private 5G networks. We also offer network management solutions, vendor management and conduct proof of concepts. We assist in the selection of suppliers, define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including measurement methods, Service Level Agreements (SLA) and quality management. Automation – Software Development

Are you active in mechanical engineering or plant operation and would like to free yourself from license fees for your machine visualization? We offer a license-free visualization solution that we develop as your product under your company name.
This software is developed individually according to your requirements. You receive it from us once and can then deliver it with any of your machines or systems. You have the option of configuring and parameterizing the software yourself and can expand it with additional option packages if required.
The integration of sensor technology and control systems as well as data acquisition in databases make it possible to combine several machines or systems, even for departments outside the production level.
Retrofitting older machine control systems is also possible at any time. This gives you a technological update of your existing software without affecting functionality and processes. This means that the machine control system remains maintainable and reliable for many years to come.
We have already developed various machine HMIs (Human-Machine Interfaces) for renowned machine manufacturers, which are license-free and are used by customers both nationally and internationally. We provide regular software and firmware updates worldwide via our central software update management system.
