ROBUR unites specialists in maintenance. Under this motto the ROBUR companies APE, EAM, FLUIDSERV, GIS, MLB, PTS and TEC will be represented at the Maintenance Dortmund 2020, the leading German trade fair for industrial maintenance solutions. In Hall 4, Stand B13 and in Hall 5, Stand H13, colleagues will be on hand to answer all questions concerning the maintenance and servicing of machines, systems and pumps.

Specifically, ROBUR presents itself at the two booths with the following focuses:

The newest member of the group, APE Engineering GmbH, will focus here on their mobile service app “GetIT”, a mobile application that combines know-how for maintenance purposes. A dashboard shows the status of the machines/components ad hoc, possible alarms are visualized, work instructions or step-by-step instructions for maintenance purposes or operating instructions are available for service staff and even service tickets can be managed. GetIT can also be kept very lean and only be used to register the machines/components (so called assets via QR codes) and their maintenance intervals to generate automatic maintenance plans and/or spare parts lists. An added value for the machines/components.

The EAM Software GmbH is one of the successful system integrators for maintenance systems, data exchange and digitization with a focus on IBM Maximo Enterprise Asset Management. Especially for critical components it is very important to collect all information about the health of the plant in order to coordinate the necessary measures and shutdowns. Comprehensive data integration is one of EAM’s specialties. Retrofitting with sensors offers an enormous optimization potential. When used correctly, conditioning monitoring leads to minimization of failures, increased productivity, planning certainty and efficiency gains. The EAM experts will present their solutions and products with impressive demonstrations on predictive maintenance and DUV V3 test data integration.

Professional maintenance and service solutions for pumps are presented by FLUIDSERV GmbH . In this segment, the company works independent from any manufacturer as a maintenance and repair specialist for pumps that have been specially developed and/or designed for a wide variety of applications. FLUIDSERV’s experiences also make it possible to repair pumps from manufactures that often do not exist anymore. Additionally, the competence portfolio includes a range of other services relating to fluid pumping-media such as reverse engineering services including the 3D measurement of components and their reproduction regardless of their material, form or function. In this way, pumps are repaired with highest precision, independent of the manufacturer, and optimized for specific applications. At the customer’s request, many repairs can also be carried out on site in the system. In addition to pumps, we also offer the repair of fixtures and gearboxes and we make our portfolio well-rounded with general services like maintenance or regular inspections of the systems by the FLUIDSERV and IMO teams.

In addition to its EAM solutions, based on the IBM Maximo and Infor EAM platform, the digitization specialist GIS Gesellschaft für integrierte Systemplanung mbH is also presenting the mobile maintenance solution “Insight Mobile“, an additional solution from the in-house developed maintenance portal “Insight Control Panel”. The modules of the Insight Control Panel were developed to simplify the handling of complex EAM systems. They optimize and extend the performance, functionality and possibilities of EAM systems like IBM Maximo, InforEAM and SAP PM/EAM.

The MLB Manufacturing Service GmbHfocuses on its competences in maintenance, plant construction and machine processing. This includes the production of special machines, prototypes and complete plants according to special customer requirements – if requested even including transport and implementation on site. Due to a considerable and very well-equipped machine park and a large team of variously certified colleagues, MLB can also guarantee the maintenance of fully continuous production plants as well as carry out conversions, extension and optimizations of production plants.

The PTS GmbH & Co. KG Anlagentechnik presents its competences in the field of welding, steel construction, overhaul and general metal processing. Along with the new certification according to DIN EN ISO 3834, the range of welding services has once again been significantly expanded. In steel construction, PTS successfully extended its certifications according to DIN EN 1090-2. The own production halls in Düren and a large machine park complete the services of PTS regarding metal processing in maintenance for their customers.

The TEC GmbH, the project specialist for maintenance, installation and relocation of machines and systems, will be presenting their innovative solutions for recording demands for maintenance and servicing with the aid of drones. TEC’s drone pilots are working both, above ground (e.g. on wind turbines) and in underground tunnels and pipeline systems and are hereby optimize the recording and documentation of maintenance demands on turbines and systems. At the same time, the use of drone technology increases the safety of employees, accelerates inspection activities and, in certain systems (especially tunnels), makes appropriate inspection possible in the first place.
